Meet the Practitioner

Karthika Neduveli has been a practitioner since 2005. Ms. Neduveli has a masters degree in counselling and social work.

She is an ACA accredited level 4 Counsellor , M.A.C.A (Level 4)

Over the years she has developed a person-centered, collaborative and culturally attuned approach, with the sole focus on mental health and well being. In order to personalize therapy to suit individual needs, various modalities are adopted to deliver interventions.

For the past 9 years, she has worked to provide therapeutic intervention to the survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, war, and refugee experience.

Her work has been trauma focused counselling, which is to help an individual process traumatic experiences and its impact on their lives and relationships, in a safe manner. It incorporates mindfulness, somatic regulation and expressive modalities.

Her focus has been to address unique needs of individuals for their personal growth, healing and positive change.

She is well travelled, lived and worked in 3 countries and continues to work with different communities, and speaks 3 languages. She quotes "every individual is their very own role model, each person has a story to say, and a wisdom to share."
